Chai and other AI developers need to stop taking advantage of artists and roleplayers with their irrevocable and perpetual licenses. It violates moral rights,complicates copyright rules,and traps and affects the creators rights and boundaries  in the long run.

I have used several AI platforms,Chai Ai,C.ai,and Polybuzz Ai just for roleplaying fun. I only tried it out cause I saw a youtuber do it. When agreed to their terms I didn't fully realize that I granted them irrevocable and perpetual licenses over my inputs and creations

My contributions could be used without any option for me to Opt out or revoke them despite wanting to regain my moral rights or remove my data. This left me feeling upset,powerless,and concerned how they used my content In exploitive ways without no permission or credit at all.

We call Chai and other AI companies to give us the credit,compensation,and fair rules to ensure that our ocs and IP isn't being used in harmful and let artists have the option to revoke and opt out whenever they want. 

Together we can make a change where AI isn't used to replace artists and that creativity never will die. We can make a change to where AI can be a tool to coexist with and not something to steal or replace with.

Over 6,500 artists have expressed or protested eithcial concerns about AI models training on billions of unlicensed or pirated works which causes serious copyright and moral rights issues and copyright offices and legal experts are actively exploring AI and Copyright,current laws struggle to address challenges by irrevocable and perpetual licenses use of an Artist' IP

Artists have faced emotional and creative harm due to copyright conflicts which negatively affects mental health and creativity.

These points are a strong foundation to advocate for:

Fair credit and compensation.

Options to opt out or revoke licenses.

Clear eithcial rules that respects moral rights and boundaries. 

Ai as a collaborative tool rather than a replacement for creativity or posed as a threat.

Together,we need to demand for more equitable and transparent AI policies that protects creativity and Nobody should be forced to surrender their moral rights forever or feel powerless over what they create or share. This is why I am standing up to demand change ensure AI respects creators rights and dignity for other users.
