So I thought this could get resolved but it looks like we're having to talk to the parent company and it's not going as they said they were all about making it better for the seniors and a fair employer but seems like they got info they needed and now become distant which is crazy because the seniors shouldn't have to call out of the faculty to someone they fired to get them help how does a senior go a week or more with no check ups crazy right but it happens it's disgusting how non caring a company with another company don't really care about the patients the seniors and our there employer I'm hoping to have a better part soon but not sure if it will but I will keep fighting until they make some changes or there pants will be pulled up and the stop showing their azz, they focus on filling the rooms instead of careing for the ones they have, assessments for potential residents should be done by a RN or higher not just the marketer, how can a marketer do a assessment when they are not qualified?
