So on this page it asks me to close petition or claim victory fort that you need change and accountability so I'm just say that with this petition I want to pay off the facts so people can help being this to t the light so Jackie and Monica and Orlando can't forget Paul this is the upper unqualified leaders and lil gang they created was workers that come in late or not at all but that is okay because they call them work children ( work kids) seriously well if they no call no show they have them work hours that they don't as mod so In return it effects the seniors because they can be alright all good but when a senior falls we all know that it can cause dire effects that lead to end of life when the main reason for being in this feild is to care for them make them feel wanted and loved that is what my wife did she made me love and enjoy them from afar even offered to come help even visited a couple but the tyrants at the top just want a group of people to be friends with get drunk so when leadership is out of office and things come up is impossible to contact for meds m moves and concerns that happen all day every day that is not available that is wrong when clients wait for my wife every week to ask questions and they know she will help or at least answer so we need them held accountable hardest thing for my wife is her 80 something grandma and Grandpa's and reason Orlando kitchen help is mentioned because he loves yelling at the seniors and don't like diets or serving in room because he would have to walk 30 or 40 ft  and he learned to quite firing from he's wife all around amazing place but the people involved aren't there for the right reason they treated my wife bad called her fat but not pleasant and another alcoholic the drink girl which i shouldn't have to say how unprofessional that is so Monica she's not to bad unless making out with her co workers and not responding to any texts when she's the medical lpn and theu hated that my wife doesn't have a degree but has been doing this so long she has eyes to spot problems on elders and that is what made her so good but they would get drs ask Jessica updates and not them so not sure how you make my wife a lead but no voice in the company she was told you could move up the chain within the company and she was hoping for that to get the senior involved with everyday things so the elders could feel needed and not just sit and think on there woes and work meetings but never about how to make senior life better there's allot allot they cut her hours and didn't have enough staff to cover the hours she went and asked if they were happy with her and to her face they said yes them firef her for being late they fired her 4 hours late and now we're hitting bumps but that's not the concern the seniors have lost their voice thru Jessica and the extra help there is good staff and would be better with more info or meetings how to make there life better so this got long slot to say I'm close this out with i suck at writing and all this but it's wrong so let's hold them accountable call

• Let's make a change make it better for the seniors ask them why thank you for your time I'm sorry for so long plz take action and hold jacki ,Monica, Paul, Orlando and let's get her work kids more education to be better one time my wife's phone gets lost knowing she has a bad rotor cuff from work moved closer to work and worked thru COVID to be fired and now no insurance no money and no help for the seniors sorry it's allot
