We, the residents of Ixora Apartments, are writing to express our concern and dissatisfaction with the recent decision to increase the monthly parking fee from RM50 to RM80. This significant increase imposes an undue financial burden on the residents, many of whom are already managing tight budgets.

Our Concerns:

Financial Strain: The RM30 increase represents a 60% hike in the parking fee, which is a substantial amount for many residents, especially those with fixed incomes, students, and families.
Community Impact: Increased living costs can negatively impact the community spirit and overall satisfaction of the residents. It may also deter potential new tenants from choosing Ixora Apartments, affecting occupancy rates.
Our Request: We respectfully request that the management reconsider this decision and maintain the original parking fee of RM50 per month. 

Conclusion: We believe that a fair and transparent approach to any fee adjustments is essential for maintaining a positive living environment. We trust that the management will take our concerns into account and work with us to find a more equitable solution.
