Our peaceful community in Jupiter, Florida is under constant threat due to the unchecked actions of Michael Pugh. Michael has been involved in numerous violent crimes, including multiple shootings. Our homes and livelihoods have not been spared, as he has been implicated in the robbery of several houses and car thefts, various carried out under the threat of arms. Worse still, our children's future is also at stake due to his involvement in selling harmful drugs to the defenseless youth.

Despite being apprehended before, the scourge of his crimes continues unabated. Evidence of this is the frequent police and SWAT raids at his residence. It's clear that Michael Pugh's actions undermine our community's peace and security. With his repeated offenses even after previous arrests, it has become imperative that he remains behind bars for the safety of our community and particularly, our children.

According to the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence, it's estimated that 2.1 million juveniles (12 to 17 years old) are substance users. If we permit individuals like Michael Pugh to continue their destructive path, we are setting the stage for a worsening drug problem among our youth.
