YOUR VOICE MATTERS - Thank you

Hi,

Considering recent developments, I wanted to personally thank each of you that has signed, shared, and donated to this petition.  The idea of having to potentially pay for parking at the Strand did not sit well with a lot of you. This was about a community using their voice on a community issue. This petition achieved that.  

I will be closing down the Change.org petition within the next 24hours and directing everyone within my reach to this E-petition - E-petitions Townsville City Council by The Townsville Chamber of Commerce.

Let us keep being vocal about this issue. I will personally email each Councillor with the results of this petition and ask that they listen to the voice of the community on this issue. I encourage you to email your local Councillor too - Councillor Profiles - Townsville City Council
