Thank you to everyone who has signed this petition. I started it on Wednesday night after reviewing the Townsville City Council's budget and feeling that something was off. I felt compelled to take immediate action.

This is a COMMUNITY PETITION, and YOUR VOICE DESERVES TO BE HEARD. The STRAND is a space that belongs to all of us.

I strongly encourage you to contact your local Councilor as well. As residents of our great city, Townsville, the more of us that do this, the better.
