Thank you for the continued support. We are so grateful for all the support.

Friday was day 4 of ISS (in school suspension) for Tristan. We had a meeting with the principal for a Level 1 grievance meeting on Friday so she can hear our case. We will hear back in a few days on her decision. On Day 3 in ISS, Tristan was bullied by a teacher about their hair.

A teacher. 

We have been staying quiet the last couple days only because so much has been going on behind the scenes and well, we needed some quiet because the next few days are going to be intense. But we are ready. With our incredible attorney, Pete Patterson, Houston’s top super lawyer, The ACLU, lambda legal and Equality Texas standing behind us, we are ready to take on a school district that has done nothing but harass and traumatize our child.

We are so proud of Tristan and they LOVE reading the comments from supporters. It’s incredible.
