I am Magdalena Bartoszek, an activist who has acquired over 47 million views on LinkedIn, focusing mainly on revealing human rights violations focusing mainly in Yemen and in Palestine.

My extensive analysis of the rampant Genocide, War Crimes, Crimes Against Humanity, and Crime of Aggression in Palestine has led me to describe the conditions as nothing less than Apartheid.

This commitment has prompted me to campaign for the arrest and prosecution of several Israeli officials accused of these crimes.

In the spirit of justice and accountability, this petition calls on the International Criminal Court (ICC) and its Prosecutor, Mr. Karim Khan, to issue arrest warrants for Ben Gvir and Bezalel Smotrich. These individuals are infamously known for their genocidal speeches, promotion of illegal settlements, endorsing settlers' violence, and encouraging the torture of Palestinian prisoners.

These activities not only violate international law but also endanger innocent Palestinian civilians and children daily.

Our ask to the ICC and Mr. Khan is clear—uphold your moral, ethical and legal responsibility. Do not let these dangerous individuals walk freely, inciting hatred, violence, and violating the most fundamental human rights.
