The following letter was distributed to multiple Daytona Beach and Volusia County municipal officials and tourism leaders on the morning of June 28, 2025. Among them were Mayor Derrick L. Henry;
Lynn Flanders, the general manager of Daytona Beach Ocean Center; and Tim Buckley Director of Sales and Marketing of Daytona Beach Ocean Center.

Receipt of the letter was confirmed. None of the recipients have replied. The Atomic Legacy Wrestling show remains scheduled, and the Ocean Center continues to heavily promote the show.

Harris was made aware during the court proceedings of the predatory adults around Rance. She gave him no prison time, fines, or community service for his sex crime on an underage child, who happens to be in a minority group. Judge Harris, who is also a Barry University and UCF professor, has unfortunately long been known for her ongoing lenience toward violent and sexual batterers. Many recent assault victims have said that they felt at best they were irrelevant to her, and at worst were regarded as her opposition. Rance has disobeyed even those lax terms, and he sometimes trains and makes videos with young girls without other adults in the building or at his home. Considering that several other convicted pedophiles and pornographers are associated with Team Vision, having other adults present may make the child even less safe.

Instead of giving the collected toys to the US Marines as advertised,

the promotion keeps and uses them to lure children to their other events during the rest of the year. One of Rance's co-promoters is adult video actor James K. Bennett ("Mr. B."). Bennett allegedly lures male teenagers to Florida with his wrestling contacts, then he attempts to cast them in sadistic videos. Customers buying these illegal videos are supporting Chasyn Rance.

There is a petition asking venue owners and sponsors to voluntarily

disclose when they knowingly host all-ages Florida wrestling shows where convicted child rapists will be working. To date, no Florida wrestling school or promotion owner is willing to sign it.
