Lycoming and Bradford County DA's: No Plea Bargain for Michelle Inch's Murderers

Lycoming and Bradford County DA's: No Plea Bargain for Michelle Inch's Murderers

The Issue

We, the friends, and loved ones of Michelle Inch, respectfully demand that the District Attorney of Lycoming County PA, Eric R. Linhardt, and the District Attorney of Bradford County, Daniel Barrett, not accept a negotiated plea bargain from the murderers of Michelle Inch.  Michael Houseweart and Brian Vroman must stand full trial for the horrendous crimes perpetrated by them against Michelle and her parents, Gary and Linda Inch. Houseweart and Vroman, both 27 of Canton PA, broke into the home of Michelle Inch's parents then tied them up with duct tape and robbed them before setting fire to their home. Michelle Inch would not be found for another two months, when her body was discovered in rural Bradford County, PA.  Autopsy reports showed that Michelle had been shot, stabbed, and beaten before being left alone to die in the woods.  An example must be made of these two men. Crimes such as these deserve to be punished to the maximum extent of Pennsylvania state law. Michelle deserves nothing less than to see the full weight of that law come to bear in defense of the life she lived. Anything less would be a disservice to Michelle and her family, a miscarriage of justice in the eyes of the public, and an unforgivable slight to those that knew Michelle and loved her face.
