Nous souhaitons vous faire part de l’indignation qu’éprouve l’équipe enseignante signataire aujourd’hui.

Nous venons d’apprendre le licenciement de quatre de nos collègues du second degré, Candice Cabane, Thomas Tarroux, Thomas David, et Marc Delrieu. Tous ont été convoqués ce vendredi 30/05/2025 à 17 heures et ont été licenciés sur-le-champ. Pour quel motif ? Nous parlons ici de trois familles qui sont directement bouleversées par cette décision, totalement arbitraire.

Depuis plusieurs mois, il règne une ambiance un peu tendue avec le comité de gestion puisque l’ensemble du personnel souhaite une revalorisation salariale et que nous sommes en « négociation ». Notre objectif est et restera toujours le même : proposer des formations de qualité à nos élèves. Les quatre enseignants en question œuvrent depuis des dizaines d’années, et l’excellence de leur engagement n’a jamais vacillé.

Le personnel signataire souhaite que le comité de gestion cesse de procéder par intimidation, de générer des conflits, et passe davantage par le dialogue et la réflexion. Le personnel signataire souhaite travailler en confiance et n’accepte pas de fonctionner dans la crainte constante d’une sanction arbitraire. Nous vous demandons expressément de reconsidérer cette décision inhumaine.

Si une école, censée être le lieu de la transmission du respect et de l’humanisme par excellence, n’est pas gérée de manière humaine, que reste-t-il de notre humanité ?

We wish to express the outrage felt by the teaching staff who are signing today.

We have just learned the immediate dismissal of four of our secondary school colleagues, Candice Cabane, Thomas Tarroux, Thomas David, and Marc Delrieu. All were summoned this Friday, May 30, 2025, at 5 PM and were dismissed on the spot. For what reason? We are talking here about three families who are directly affected by this completely arbitrary decision.

For several months, there has been a somewhat tense atmosphere with the management committee since all the staff is seeking a salary increase and we are in 'negotiation.' Our goal has always been and will always be the same: to provide quality training to our students. The four teachers in question have been working for decades, and the excellence of their commitment has never wavered.

The signing staff wish for the management committee to stop proceeding through intimidation, to stop generating conflicts, and to engage more in dialogue and reflection. The signing staff want to work in trust and do not accept operating in the constant fear of arbitrary sanctions. We expressly ask you to reconsider this inhumane decision.

If a school, meant to be the place of transmission of respect and humanism par excellence, is not managed in a humane way, what remains of our humanity?
