URGENT CRY TO THE PUBLIC TO HELP THE RESCUE EXPOSE A PUPPY MILL IN BURKS FALLS ONTARIO

The Issue

Lisa Stewart, who has been running her small dog rescue in Innisfil and Barrie Ontario for the last 8 years , was at a complete shock and disgust when she stepped into what she was told was a puppy mill, but this mill is completely far out then other mills.  The moment you walk in she states, that the owner asks you to keep on your boots due to the poo smeared all over the floor and the smell will make you want to throw up, as she walked through the house she noted that the elderly couple who are running this mill, have 75 dogs in their home, there are two small barns in the back (that are not heated) where there are countless other dogs being held. The elderly Lady is breeding the dogs and letting them roam inside the house and that is it, there are other dogs being held in smaller cages that were and are two small for them to roam around in.

There wasn’t any room for them to walk, without walking in droppings, Lisa states, that the dogs were so hungry they were eating their own feces, a small baby pup was reaching through the cage bars to get another dogs feces and ate it right there in front of her, she also notes that many of the dogs were drinking their own urine.

The elderly couple had no compassion, the elderly man abused the dogs right in front of her to keep them controlled, Lisa also stated that all you have to do is say that you are thinking of buying a puppy and they let you in, the elderly lady doesn’t hide anything, the only area she will not allow you to go is the barn and shed where the dogs are being held.

She is asking the public’s help on this issue, to get these dogs out of the conditions they are living in, she wants them to be safe, Lisa and another member were able to save 3 pups, Lisa states that after arriving home with the Pups, they went straight in for a bath as the dogs were completely covered in Feces and Urine, later today (O2.22.14) they found out the puppies were not vaccinated and had tape and ring worms.

Lisa is not only asking but demanding the public to help with this crisis, these dogs need to be saved, and these people need to be shut down. Lisa stated, “I need help shutting them down, more people calling the Burks Falls police, the SPCA, animal control 705-645-6225 ask for Luke Thomson he is in charge of the investigation demand something be done”.

She also states that if you want to go and take a look, it can be done, just tell them you are interested in buying a pup, if you do go, make sure to film the condition (hide the camera) Send the images and share this with your friends and family.

Please if anyone is interested in helping please call the following numbers … DEMAND that something get done.
