It's exciting to see the number of signatures triple in a few days. Thanks to those who circulated it to their networks. Air Miles has to feel the pressure before it will back down. Toronto Star readers continue to contact me, asking for help. Air Miles calls them at my request, but says it won't allow transfers from dream rewards to cash rewards. Many people are getting in touch with Air Miles partners, such as Shell, Sobeys, Metro and LCBO, to indicate their displeasure. That is another way to put pressure on LoyaltyOne. This is a public relations disaster for a successful points program. Let's make it impossible to proceed unless changes are made to regain customer loyalty.
