More signatures needed

Here is a Maclean's article from July, showing why people are so angry with Air Miles. People write to me in frustration, saying they try to redeem their rewards and can't find anything worthwhile. Some have difficulty reaching the company. Many did not know that all miles earned from 2012 onward would default automatically into a dream miles account. A cash miles option was available only if you asked for it. Did Air Miles play fair with millions of Canadian customers? Does this remind you of negative option marketing, so hated when practiced by companies such as Rogers and Direct Energy? Please add your support to allowing a transfer of existing miles from dream to cash rewards by Dec. 31 and share this with your network. Don't let your miles expire worthless.
