Covid-19 is a novel coronavirus that has impacted the lives of Louisianians at every level. We recognize that Louisiana’s representatives have a difficult an dangerous job as they continue to work tirelessly to keep us safe every day. Covid-19 anal swabs have proven to be more effective at detecting coronavirus, and we believe it would be beneficial  for our tireless leaders in state government to have daily covid-19 anal swabs. This proactive measure will protect them so that they can save our lives. This petition would create federal funding to be used for daily covid-19 anal swabs for all Louisiana State legislature for as long as the pandemic persists. This testing would be mandatory so that we can be assured that our courageous leaders are safe.
