This petition is a call to native melanated families in rural areas, townships and urban areas that were classified as Bantu people during the years of the apartheid regime of 1948  up to1994 within the unlawfully formed borders in Southern Kemet, a country  which became South Africa being named and built without the full consent, blessing and leadership of the native populations. The petition is a call also to formal and informal businesses started by these natives in the cities,townships,rural areas as well as urban areas.

This is a call for family units, businesses and individuals as mentioned above to merge nationally to form a national body that will begin a process to make acquisitions in the private sector, control and/or have majority shareholding in corporations, state owned entities, NGO’s and companies they rely on or take money to daily e.g buying groceries or filling up fuel to nationally have them to work to directly and efficiently restore the sovereignty and dignity of every single native melanated person in the country today called South Africa before even needing the government, a job or surrendering their power through voting for any political intervention as well as political parties. 

Since the era of colonialism to the formation of governments in the apartheid years as well as the democratic years the native people of this land have never enjoyed the true and full wealth of their land the way they want because invaders and opportunists took over, colluded, undermined cultures and procedures in territories of native kingdoms, built infrastructure and systems said and alleged to benefit all, when everyone could have just respected the natives in their land enough to build and develop what they want in their own time and pace and also leave them to live based on their own calender and culture.

With the national buying power or consumer base of this moral body the obligation is to direct the various markets that are the native people or the buying power only to corporations, businesses and NGO’s that are within this national body for it to be able to be majority decision maker, control and acquire the following:

1.      Retail Corporations, Food Ingredients Manufacturers, food and soft commodities supply and management.

2.     Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic Beverages manufacturing and supplying companies

3.     Licensing and Accreditation Authorities across industries Nation Wide

4.     ECD,Primary,Secondary and Tertiary Education Groups

5.     Banking Institutions

6.     Science,Technology and Space Programmes

7.     Investment and Insurance Corporations

8.     Agriculture,Engineering and Construction Corporations

9.     All the Mines of the country,Energy Corporations and Marine,Oceans Industry  

10.  Marketing,Advertising and Telecommunications

11.  Ports and Logistics Industry

12.  Aviation,Weather and Air Space

13.  Entertainment,Luxury,Environment Tourism and Hospitality Corporations   

14.  Pharmaceutical Industry as well as supply and manufacturing of medicine

15.  Military,Policing,Security and Weapons Manufacturing

16.  Archeology,Exploration, History

17.  Private Medical Institutions

18.  Majority Shareholding on the South African Reserve Bank

19.  Majority Shareholding on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange   

 

Before the arrival of the settler/oppressor partnering later with the native  political elite class there was no class categorization measured by basic need/structural poverty there was class by leadership,

The land was taken by the oppressor forcefully establishing his roman-dutch economy,system ,religion and culture carelessly among millions of native majorities as a minority taking advantage.

This Merger seeks to help processes aimed at allowing the land to nurture her melanated native children which will make right the injustices of the past permanently a monumental ideal that millions of native melanated people died for through the years in Southern Kemet being killed by the oppressor and those who assisted the oppressor during colonialism, apartheid and even in the new democratic dispensation.

The proper restoration of the native people in terms of the wealth of their land and all that is in it will automatically mean a different type of success, dignity and security of all other non-native races in the rightful way by forming this merger we are taking the sovereign responsibility that is rightful to us as melanated natives in this land.

This is not an attack to non-natives living in this land.

The petition says the native people of this land must according to their cultures build decolonized infrastructure a decolonized economy for themselves regardless of what has happened or is happening, name their own land, establish new seats of government and private sector facilities that are decolonized, undergo the proper spiritual procedures on a national level to cleanse this land of the trauma of colonialism and apartheid, to finally present this land to our ancestors that they finally rest knowing we have it the way it is supposed to be as our only home in the world.

After hundreds of years of brutality and trauma by non-native people the native populations in Southern Kemet seek only to live in peace with others however they have been in slavery in their own land  because of agreements such as sunset clause and a democratic constitution that is based on roman-dutch laws that has no respect to the sovereignty and royal government of the Kingdoms of Southern Kemet(SA) allowing perpetrators to get away with wealth gained during the colonial and apartheid years,

The native peoples in this country have been sold out by the native political elite class for the land to be what is now called a foreign investment colony so the oppressor/settler came and took land next the native political elite or henchmen serving the oppressor furthers the legacy of this atrocities next opportunists from other countries take over in exchange for substantial gains for the native political elite who serve the oppressor.  

A merger led by respective leaders in this regard will allow the native people to develop their own governing system where their sovereignty and dignity will be properly restored, once they no longer have to worry about structural poverty then non-native nations living on this land will also see true peace, rest and success in the rightful way.
