WHAT WE WANT: For the city to re-do the structure into a circle (not an oval) or remove it entirely, and if that's not possible — to add speed bumps OR a 4-way stop

WHY: 
A traffic circle was installed at Bixby and Weston that is a flawed and DEADLY design. The oval shape and poor lighting/signage causes drivers to swerve into the crosswalk, and/or clip the sides and crash. 

I live in front of this engineering mistake and have witnessed two near-fatal crashes in 6 months. Every day, I watch cars narrowly lose control and almost hit my front yard.

What will it take for the city to reconstruct this or add speed bumps — my kids to be hit on our lawn? A pedestrian to die? A car to flip into our living room? 

Let’s implore District 5 rep Stacy Mungo and mayor Robert García to FIX THIS CIRCLE or install SPEED BUMPS before it’s too late.
