Jermain started playing grassroots football for Senrab FC, then went on to play professional football for West Ham United FC, AFC Bournemouth, Portsmouth FC, Tottenham Hotspur FC, and Sunderland FC, just to name a few. Also, Jermain played for England at youth and senior levels.
