Thanks so much for taking the time to sign the petition against Newham Council’s unfair new car tax. We have had over 500 signatures which is brilliant news.

I’ve been made aware of 2 other petitions (see links at the bottom) on the same issue. Together over 3000 people have told LBN that we think this tax is more about raising revenue than dealing with dirty emissions.

The pressure is building on our elected officials to get rid of this stealth tax but please help by emailing your 3 local councillors and telling them what you think of the new charge. You can find their details by putting your postcode into the link below and then clicking on each councillor. If you feel you will not vote for them next election because of this tax it would be brilliant to tell them so. Politicians sometimes change policies when they think they might lose votes.
