Havering council started to charge people parking cars in hornchurch/upminster 20 p for 2 hours some years back they have now have increased it to £1.00 for the first hour 1.50 for second hour and so on. They generously give you twenty minutes free but you have to enter your vehicle registration at the machine to get a ticket. This huge increase will kill off our high street shops and small businesses. I have a small local business and they are so crucial for every community. Please sign.
