The graduating class of 2025 from Logos Public Charter School, has concerns with our Graduation Committee's decision to hold our graduation ceremony, of almost 100 students, in the small yard of Logos for these reasons:

-Unpredictable Southern Oregon weather.
-Sun setting location.
-The playground being a distraction.
-Graduating class size.
-Seating.
-Almost 100 students x 8 guests each = 800 people (give or take).

 We would like our school to reconsider hosting the graduation ceremony at Logos. We, the graduating class, would like our ceremony to be moved to one of the 42 elementary schools, 14 middle schools, or 13 high schools in Southern Oregon.  

Springfest and the talent shows are held at a larger more accommodating location to fit the comfort of its guests, why can’t graduation? Instead we are being told that guests who aren’t comfortable in the unpredictable Southern Oregon weather can watch from a livestream inside. 

We ask kindly for our committee to reconsider graduation at Logos. We are not just here to make a fuss, and not be apart of the solution.  Us seniors will take time out of our schedules so we can help to ensure we have a memorable graduation. We thank you all for your help.
