Hi, my name is Oliver and I train with Liverpool International Academy NSW - Lismore.

Yesterday, the 11th of June 2020 I found out that the program was closing down for good because of lack of funding. 

I am making this petition to show our local representatives how important this program is to me and my community. 

Since opening 5 years ago Liverpool International Academy Lismore has had 1500 players and 150 coaches in its program which means a lot of families in the Northern Rivers are going to be effected by it closing.

This Academy has given me more confidence in myself, it has helped my football skills, motivated me to keep aiming higher, and has given me the feeling that I have a real chance of becoming a professional footballer. 

I think closing this program is a big mistake and I ask you to please sign my petition and spread the word to ask our local representatives to help save our academy.
