The residents and council taxpayers of Surrey urge MPs to press for parliamentary repeal of The Surrey (Structural Changes) Order 2026 No.264 in line with the decision by HM Government on 7 September 2026 to pause the process of local government reorganisation in other areas, and, until such time as the on-going debt problems of Woking BC and Spelthorne BC have  been satisfactorily resolved and extinguished.
