Meet at Leila's Cafe, Calvert Avenue, at 5.30 for tea and a mince pie and we will travel from there at 6pm. or go direct to the Town Hall, Mulberry Place, E14 2BG (DLR station East India) What's going on? Planning officers in Tower Hamlets and Hackney councils recommend REFUSAL of the Bishopsgate Goodsyard plans. Their elected planning committees will decide in a vote. We need to be there to show strong support the REFUSAL of these plans. Boris Johnson took away the right of our councils to decide on this £800 million development. He is scheduled to make a decision in February. Thursday's vote is very important in the case against the Goodsyard plans.
