The Municipal shelter of Devin- Bulgaria today - 2022.
We will not accept the situation for the animals there any
longer.We will try to change the situation with your help.
Last week Rufa e.V. wrote a letter to the European Commissioner
for Health and Food Safety in the EU in Brussels and to the "Dog
and cat Welfare Organisation" in the EU to tell them about the
terrible situation in the Municipal shelter of Devin.
The animals are on chains, in the dirt, in the mountains.
Clearly there is no electricity or water.
We dont know if they have food. The dogs are barking and
trying to escape. This is animal abuse.The local authorities don´t do anything about this terible situation   
We will collect signatures and will give them to the European
commission in Brussels.
We will fight for these dogs. They deserve a much better life.
Please help us to collect a lot of signatures.
