Gday all Petitioners 

I've just been sadly informed by Redland City Council that our petition plea to Council submitted in June 2025 last year to improve its Anti bullying campaign with regards to Anti-Discrimination will not be included due to budget constraints $. 

Council has acknowledged that it will include further considerations into the future. It will be interesting to see how the new federal governments hate speech laws will reflect this particularly in increasing times of misinformation, and populist rhetoric.

Regardless this news we will continue to campaign and watch this space closely in the times ahead, particularly in Redland City Council. 🏛️
