Just a brief update. On 8 June 2021 a second AMENDED CLAIM was lodged in the Southport Court. The last one (per petition) was lodged against me in September 2017. This now makes three separate claims against me although obviously, technically it is the one claim. What happens for those that don't know, the claimant will remove parts of the previous claim, add any 'new evidence' and then lodge their amended claim. The goal posts keep shifting. I only have a copy of this via email so far but once I have the hard copy I will act in regard to a THIRD defence claim and do another update here..

There is so much corruption and fraud with this claim against me. You don't continue on year after year if you have a genuine claim against someone. You act on it. Any lawyer worth his/her salt knows this

Come September it will be EIGHT...yes EIGHT years since this all began. (SEVEN years in August since a formal claim was lodged). Please consider signing this petition. Change has advised that once it reaches 200 signatures it will receive wider exposure. I don't ask for pity...I'll keep fighting, but this whole thing stinks. I will probably get no benefit from it personally, but others in the future might. Thanking you.
