I will be writing a more detailed update here very soon. Another owner (of two townhouses) has called an EGM (Extraordinary General Meeting) in regard to the actions of the onsite managers of Sailfish Cove and also the actions of the Body Corporate Committee.  More details soon (I have held off writing an update here for a while because I have been aware that an EGM has been in the pipeline for the last six weeks). Whilst this is not directly linked to my specific case it does show that there is systemic corruption and collusion in my complex. It does validate what I have been saying here and been fighting against for more than six years. Again I will post more specific details in regard to these latest actions and also give an update on what I am doing to stand against the BCM.
