LJMU has cancelled the Graduation Ceremonies for the class of 2020 and 2021. Students have worked incredibly hard for the past three or four years and are extremely disheartened at the cancellation of the ceremonies.

The past 18 months have proven very challenging for students across the UK. Graduation offered an opportunity to celebrate the incredible achievements of students of LJMU.

I am calling for LJMU Graduation ceremonies for the Class of 2020 and 2021 to be reinstated, or at least postponed rather than cancelled allowing students a chance to celebrate their achievements together with family and friends after spending so long apart.
