It is important for the integrity of Little League baseball that similarly situated participants not be treated differently on the basis of race. We are concerned that teams that are majority minority are unfairly singled out for investigation when they are successful. But teams that primarily consists of white players are freely permitted to break the rules without any fear of investigation. There should be a level playing field so that all children have an opportunity to be successful and enjoy the sport of baseball.
