“Thank you for letting us know of your concern regarding the liquor licence application for Chill Ice House.
In accordance with the Liquor Licence Act (the “Act”), the Registrar of Alcohol and Gaming shall consider an objection and may:
(a) call a public meeting;
(b) issue a proposal to review the application; or
(c) approve the application if,
(i) the Registrar is of the opinion that the objections are frivolous or vexatious, and;
(ii) the applicant is not otherwise disentitled under the Act
Residents wishing to object to an application may do so in writing to the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario by mail, email or fax, at:

The Liquor Licence Act permits residents of a municipality to object to a liquor licence application provided they can be identified as residents within the municipality in which the premises are located. The Registrar cannot proceed with your objection unless you identify yourself by name and address.
Please email your name, address, telephone number and the reasons as to why you think issuing a licence to Chill Ice House will not be in the public interest to licensing@agco.ca. Please provide this information to us within seven (7) days, failing which the Registrar will be unable to proceed with your objection.
