Pitbulls are the #1 abused and neglected breed of dog, but they are also stereotyped as the most dangerous, and this has caused cities to ban breeds like them. 

I believe we should lift the ban to save these animals, or at least let them live in the city of their owner's desire if they wish, as long as they pass a series of tests to prove they are not violent.
