Prohibition doesn't work.  It only encourages underground activity.  On the other hand, licensing, regulating and taxing can limit addictive behavior, discourage cheating and collect very significant amounts of revenue.  Poker, in particular, is a game, like sport games, that requires skill as well as luck to get an advantage.  Please support Barney Frank's proposed legislation.
