Dear Friends of Sea-Eye,
Yesterday it was time for SEA-EYE 4 to cast off again! Our rescue ship left the Spanish port of Burriana for the area of operation. We will arrive there later this week.
Even though the SEA-EYE 4 has left for the rescue area many times in the past years, it is always a moment of relief and joy for us. Without the help of many people, our rescue missions would not be possible.
We would like to thank the City of Greifswald for this commitment: the Hanseatic city is helping to finance the mission with its long-standing sponsorship of the ship and will be providing 2,000 euros for part of our catering on board in the coming weeks!
Do it like Greifswald, stand up for people in need and secure the operation of our new all-weather lifeboat SEA-EYE 5 with your permanent donation! With only 16,67 Euro per month you can help to reduce the number of deaths in the Mediterranean Sea.
Join us in the fight against drowning and become one of 3000 permanent donors!
Yes, I will be a permanent donor!
Sincerely
Joana Weinmann
