Use of the word 'protection'

I just wanted to clarify to those supporting the petition and those yet to do so about the use of the word 'protection'. The building is Grade II listed, and therefore is already protected to a certain degree. However, Liscard Hall was also Grade II listed and was the victim of an Arson attack, like so many other buildings in Wallasey. I am therefore asking the council for additional safeguards/ protections along with a strategy to bring the building back into use.
