We  need accountability, transparency and empathy  from LGSCO, council ombudsman to investigate and deliver fair outcomes to public , provide service, instead of the shambolic debacle they subject the public to.

The LGO and it’s underhand staff, must be regulated to ensure the public gets a fair crack at the whip, LGO staff and managers  should be held to accountability for fundamentally flawed  decisions, , that ruin lives and oppress the public,  decisions are never investigated, nor upheld in favour of the complainant,  but vetoed and  trashed at the first hurdle by untrained ,  assessors. Pratt, Eves, the list goes on.the managers  are despicable.

Council malpractice and inaction, Impacts complainants with anxiety & despair. They just don’t want to help and just  wear the complainant down. We are then just palmed off onto the obsolete LGO, the milksop lapdogs of the councils.

These crooks LGO, ,  then pretend to accommodate  the beleaguered public,  make us fill in their forms, explain in detail, but all this is a foregone conclusion, they have made mind up.  They maladminister the complaint and provide a final response without even attempting to phone and discuss complaints.

These are ex council staff who are well versed in indifference and a flagrant disregard for their fellow human being. 

ASSESSMENT MANAGERS BEHAVE LIKE PARLIAMENTARY WHIPS, INTIMIDATE, THREATEN AND BULLY COMPLAINANTS., After being told my valid complaints about two council departments, would not be investigated, one such  Manager Mel Abrams, islamophobe racist bigot, threatens to block complainants and is a very obnoxious individual. Should be thrown out.

Some investigators and managers  are prone to racial  bias, they discriminate  against, the complainants protected characteristic, this can’t always be proved by the complainant so it goes unchecked.

These people need to remember they are exploiting , usurping, taxpayer money  to deliver a fair outcome to the complainant , but instead, they misrepresent the public by maladministering complaints.

Knockbacks from LGO impact the complainant in anxiety even  suicide, but these robots are devoid of human empathy. THESE ARE HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSES ON PART OF LGSCO.

UK corrupt ministers that resign for malpractice, but these crooks at ombudsman service are beyond reproach or accountability, THIS MUST STOP.

The complainant is accused of abuse and obstructed if they challenge the flawed judgements and unethical decisions.  There must be a margin for us to vent in light of the mistreatment and unfair flawed outcomes from LGO. The system is rigged to fail the complainant meanwhile LGO get paid in full along with  incentive from council, who they are in cahoots with from the outset.

This is OUTRIGHT corruption , it’s the general consensus of the complainants, that the LGO is unfit for purpose. LGO needs a public enquiry into its corrupt practices and biased  racist, inept, unprofessional staff.

A complete independent overhaul by central government NEEDED, writing to MP is futile, they just refer the constituents to the defunct internal complaint process, MP’s  are complicit in this Machiavellian fraud.

The buck should stop with the council, so the LGO can be disbanded, a government solicitor /legal team should be employed at the council to oversee their conduct, nip it in the bud. We can dispense with the LGO altogether and save the taxpayer from funding an obsolete dept.
