Bootloader Unlock Rights for LG V10

The Issue

To start things off, after we buy our phones, and pay for them, they should be OURS. Meaning, we should be able to do whatever we want with them, as they are our devices. I know modifying LG's software software is against their Terms of Service, but I am not asking for that. I am asking for being able to remove their software, and letting developers put in a new OS, or as we would call them, ROMs.  If we can do this with desktops, why not mobile devices? They are both computers. This is a grey area of the law that NEEDs to be cleared up. I am calling for a software update where LG unlocks our bootloaders on a grand scale, and allows us to do what we would wish with our devices. It is OURS after we pay the payment in full. Hopefully with enough signatures, the power to do what we want with our devices, will be in our hands, and not up some big scale corporation.
