So we have all seen them,  whether we wanted to or not. Those innocent looking little lines that come from aircraft above us in Missouri and  almost every other state in the country. They start off as just a simple lines from the aircraft, which people still in the dark about the nature of its leaders still say they are "contrails." Issue with this is, I have never seen a  contrail spread out and cover up the  entire skyline with a soup of muck, which eventually on most occasions blocks out  the sun partially,  and sometimes completely. Contrails just don't do this. What could be in this oil based liquid that is being sprayed on us day and night? Well that is kind of the million dollar question. I can imagine that anything being sprayed on large populations cannot be good. Outside the realm of speculation, soil samples tested in areas that encounter heavy areas of spraying routinely have tested off the charts in Aluminum as well as Barium. Neither of those breathed  in regularly can be said to be healthful. There have been research, funded by Bill Gates, into blocking out the sun to reflect the radiation in an effort to prevent global warming and climate change. The White House has even admitted that they are open to researching the idea of solar radiation modification. It should go without saying that anytime the government proposes a solution, it normally exacerbates the problem or causes another problem, perhaps even bigger. Bill Gates is also a self proclaimed believer in eugenics, so I would be skeptical of anything he proposes to be administered to large populations in their best interests. I think its safe to say we ALL reminisce over days lost with clear skies  and a beautiful cloud free sunset, and I can guarantee none of us would be interested in being guinea pigs for anymore of the government's or Mr Gates' maniacal experiments to supposedly help the planet  and give us a better world.

   The state of Tennessee has already enacted legislation banning completely any geoengineering and disbursement of aerosol chemicals  over their airspace in the whole state. Since then Tennesseeans have enjoyed clear skies free of chemicals and "contrails" that spread out over the entire sky and the sight of planes laying out tic tac toe boards above our heads. Similar bills are in legislation of Illinois, New Hampshire, Kentucky, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and South Dakota. These states are considering the same proposals as Tennessee. There is mounds of evidence suggesting that there is SOMETHING going on in the skies above our heads and has been for decades. When questioned about these occurrences above our heads, the government and Air Force deals with the questions by gaslighting us. We can all see sometime is going on with the air we all breathe, and  despite your beliefs on what these tic tac toe boards and parallel lines spanning the entirety of the sky, you can't deny that it is still the air you breathe, and your kids, and animals, and plants. You cant deny that banning the government from using you as a  guinea pig in a crazy experiment, climate  change, or more sinister possibly, would be prudent and could not be a bad thing. Should these things be done above our heads to the air we all breathe, it should be brought before our officials for approval as well as the public. 

   We in Missouri deserve the same treatment and protections that the citizens of the State of Tennessee receive. We need our Missouri leaders to step up to the plate for their constituents and make sure the feds aren't overreaching their boundaries thinking they can do whatever they please above our beautiful state. The more of this we breathe in it could be having effects that we know nothing about and cant point the finger at because most of  us don't even realize it's occurring. Let's have some transparency in our government and make sure they aren't doing what some would call a crazy conspiracy theory to us. The truth is, conspiracy theorists have been right more and more of late. Look up sometime and tell me you aren't seeing what you are seeing. To debunk that these are contrails, I will say personally that I lived in Colombia in South America for a long time before, and never saw a tic tac toe above my head, not once. 

     To accomplish our goal, and get this legislation in the House,  we need the signatures of 5000 registered voters, per the Missouri state constitution. If you do not vote or aren't registered in Missouri, sadly we cannot use your signature.
