To Supporters of Roger That, We are pleased to announce that an eminent domain bill has been introduced in the NYS Assembly and Senate to preserve Roger That as a permanent park. To make the process work, we will need the support of NYC Parks and Recreation as well as City Council. Can you take 2 minutes to send them a message about why this garden is important? Template and email addresses for the city officials are on our blog. We will also be working to lobby our NYS representatives to get the bill approved by the committees, on to the floor, and passed.
