This situation has even caught the attention of well-known legal YouTuber Law By Mike. After covering the Skibidi Toilet controversy, he publicly offered Alexey a chance to reach out for legal help. This shows that the concerns surrounding Alexey—his contract, his compensation, his role in the series he created, and his ability to speak—are serious enough to deserve a proper legal review.

1. California Civil Code §1572 — Actual Fraud
We call for an independent investigation into whether any material promises or representations were made to Alexey Gerasimov to persuade him to enter into agreements concerning Skibidi Toilet, including promises that may allegedly have been made without an intention to perform them. Under California Civil Code §1572, certain intentional deception—including a promise made without the intention of performing it—may constitute actual fraud.

2. Breach of Contract
We call for a review of the agreements between Alexey Gerasimov and Invisible Narratives to determine whether all contractual obligations were fulfilled, including any obligations concerning compensation, royalties, promised projects, creator credit, and Alexey's agreed role or involvement. If enforceable contractual obligations were not fulfilled, this may constitute a breach of contract.
