Dear Friends, we have filed a petition in the Mumbai high Court again and the date for hearing the petition is scheduled tomorrow, September 1, 2015. We have been able to secure 100 year old map of Dr Homi Bhabha's Meharangir bungalow which proves that it is above the mandatory 75 year old criteria of State Government of Maharashtra to declare it as a heritage site. The map was obtained from Old Customs House., Mumbai. Kindly ask your friends and relatives to sign this petition and wake up the decision makers. We have appealed to the Honorable High Court to direct the State and Central Government to preserve Dr Homi Bhabha's home as a memorial.
