Music in Oakville during Sporting Events has been banned!!! Baseball, Football, Lacrosse and any outdoor sports teams have been told they are not allowed to play any music during anytime in all of Oakville!  Parents in the community have come
together to enhance their experience and create memorable moments. Some of which include having music playing during their day time games where each have selected their personal walk up songs. The music brings the boys together, gets them energized and excited but always at a reasonable level and in the park locations.
Recently residents who live nearby have launched noise complaints and have been
successful at halting the music - during all times - for the rest of the season and for other sports including Lacrosse and Football. This petition is to reverse this decision and allow our players to enjoy music during the games, at
reasonable levels.
