Let's Turn The Files Into Trials: Demand Justice

The Issue

This petition is proudly rooted in Oklahoma and initially geared toward our state’s leaders—Senators Lankford and Mullin (who have already publicly supported releasing the files and fighting trafficking), Rep. Hern (Tulsa’s voice in Congress), and Attorney General Drummond (a champion for child protection). If it gains widespread recognition and signatures across Oklahoma and beyond, we will proudly transition it to a national scale to demand justice everywhere.

The recent release of millions of Jeffrey Epstein files has reignited global outrage over the systemic failures that protect the powerful while survivors of child sexual exploitation and trafficking endure lifelong trauma. Here in Oklahoma, home to The Demand Project in Tulsa, we witness this pain daily while survivors are re-traumatized by secrecy, and enablers walk free. We will not accept anything less than incarceration. A title stripped, a job lost, a reputation tarnished is not enough! The cost to the victim should be comparative to the cost the predator has to pay.

“We should never be the ones named, scrutinized, and re-traumatized while Epstein’s enablers continue to benefit from secrecy.” Partial releases and redactions are not enough. America deserves transparency that leads to real accountability.

Our goal:

Immediate full, unredacted release of all Jeffrey Epstein files to the public, Congress, and relevant authorities.
Swift action by the Department of Justice, urged by Oklahoma’s delegation, to review the files, initiate prosecutions and trials against identified perpetrators, enablers, and co-conspirators.
Transparency that prioritizes survivor protection, prevents future exploitation, and supports healing and restoration! NEVER RE-VICTIMIZATION.
This is not about politics; it’s about justice. It’s about turning outrage into education, protection, and healing for survivors of sex trafficking and child exploitation. The Demand Project fights every day through prevention, protection, recovery, and restoration. We offer resources, and programs like Mount Arukah for survivors right here in Oklahoma.

Sign today to stand with survivors. Hold the powerful accountable. Protect every child. If this petition grows, we’ll take the fight national because every survivor, in every state, deserves justice.

Thank you for standing with Oklahoma and with survivors everywhere! Get involved or donate at Thedemandproject.org
