I am a disabled TikTok creator and the platform has offered me not only the means to survive but to thrive. 
Since TikTok has become a significant part of my life and that of millions of other creators who rely on it for their livelihood, the government’s plan to force us out is deeply concerning.

It is estimated that TikTok has over 170 million active users in the US, many like me who use it as a platform for income.

There are a number of federal clauses and declarations that prohibit the government from blocking its citizens from their ability to generate income without compensating them for their loss - including the Fifth Amendment and “takings clauses”. 

This impending decision doesn't only affect me but countless others who've found a unique opportunity through TikTok. Thus, we urge the government to reconsider its decisions that could potentially force millions of TikTok users out of income.
