50 thousand dogs and cats were put down last year in Arizona alone! We need to pass new laws so every dog or cat be spayed or neutered in every home! Only licensed breeder are allowed to breed. No more back yard breeders making money off the lives of animals! This would save so many lives and cut down on the animals that are put in the pounds to eventually be euthanized. Animals didn’t ask to be here. It is all of our responsibility to speak for them! They have the right to live a long life and to have a family that loves them. It should also be illegal to buy from a back yard breeder. These breeders need to have steep fines and or jail time. Maybe we can start a programs to help with the cost of to spay or neuter in our community’s with the money saved from keeping so many animals in shelters. I have seen homeless people in the area I live in taking better care of their pets than a lot of people with more! I believe God gave us pets to be our best friends and we owe them so much more and they deserve better! We need to stand up for these animals and make a change in this world by helping these poor helpless animals! Let’s stand up together by asking our government to make new laws to protect these wonder pets!  Please help by signing this petition. Lives can be saved!
