A lot of animals are being killed in the villages in the name of god. The basic question is "will the mother kill her own children?". It's only a barbaric practice and needs immediate intervention by the judiciary.

The judiciary needs to make strict laws and set a legal check to these kind of brutal practices.

Every creature has an equal right to live on this planet as we humans have. Only thing is that they can't speak out and express their pain. They can't consult lawyers and knock the doors of supreme Court for justice. If they were able to do that, most of the world's population would end up in jails because of the atrocities we commited. Our sanatana dharma is kind to each and every creature. It never hurts anyone.

Though many high courts of India like Tripura high court, Himachal Pradesh high court, Kerala high court opposed animal sacrifice, the honorable supreme Court overthrew the judgements of the above courts by quoting various articles of constitution which give freedom of religion. God is kind to each and every creature, no matter whether it is human ,animal or a bird. If someone believes that his religion says him to sacrifice any animal, then it should be understood that the religion is wrongly interpreted. It is not the mistake of religion,but the very interpretation of it. No religion encourages harming any creature.
