Many neighborhoods have already applied, and yours can as well.

Here's the simple application to request a Slow Street in your neighborhood.

Advice from other neighborhood applications:

1. Make sure you have strong support IN ADVANCE from  your impacted neighbors;
2. Identify volunteers to help with the monitoring and control of the street signs;
3. Think creatively about how your Slow Street can help individuals and families on other nearby streets to get outdoors safely during this pandemic; and
4. Identify why your particular street is in need of the Slow Streets designation for increased outdoor safety (e.g., no sidewalks, no bike lanes, no nearby neighborhood parks, etc.).
