We demand that the City of Farmington Hills pass a resolution that:

1) Supports a ceasefire in Gaza. Call for the bombing to stop. Call for the starvation to stop. Restore the water, electricity and medical care. Allow humanitarian aid. Free all hostages and wrongfully imprisoned people. Cease shooting civilians.

2) Calls on congress to pass H.R. 786 to demand immediate ceasefire and ask our congress persons (Congresswoman Haley Stevens, Senator Debbie Stabenow, Senator Gary Peters) to join us in demanding a ceasefire.

3) Commits to opposing antisemitism, Islamophobia, and anti-Palestinian/anti-Arab bigotry; support the rights for people of both Israel and Palestine to live in peace and security; and uphold the rights of those in the Farmington Hills community and all people to live, learn, work, play, pray, and engage in peaceful protest without threats, intimidation, doxxing, injury or death.
