Recently, highschool junior Ahmadalhadi Elhassan has been denied the chance at becoming Student Council president. Not through a fair election, but through repeated denial in order to maintain a clique. He was told he didn’t have any experience, yet also told he had too many leadership positions. He was told he should’ve joined the class a year ago, a rule only recently created last spring and made public two weeks ago. He was denied the chance to make Clark High School a better place, despite having been an active member of the Student Council club for the last 3 years.
